How the TripAll marketplace works, who is responsible for what, and what you agree to when you book through it.
TripAll MMC is a company registered in Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan. We operate an online marketplace at trip-all.com where travellers find and book hotel rooms and organised tours in Azerbaijan.
"TripAll", "we" and "us" mean that company. "You" means anyone using the site, whether or not they hold an account.
TripAll is an intermediary. The room you sleep in and the tour you travel on are supplied by an independent partner — a hotel, a guesthouse or a licensed tour operator — and the contract for that stay or that trip is between you and them.
We are responsible for the marketplace: the listing you saw, the booking we recorded, the payment we took and the confirmation we sent. We are not the hotelier and not the tour operator, and we do not control how a partner runs their property or their excursion.
You must be 18 or older to book. You are asked for a real name and a working email address because both appear on the booking the partner receives, and a booking made under details that are not yours may be refused at check-in.
Keep your password to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you until you tell us otherwise, and you can end every active session by changing your password.
Prices are shown in Azerbaijani manats and include the taxes that apply at the time you see them. A price is the partner's, not ours.
Selecting dates places a short hold on the room or the tour place so that it cannot be sold twice while you are paying. The hold expires if the booking is not completed, and an expired hold releases the inventory without notice.
Your booking exists when we confirm it, not when you submit it. If a partner cannot honour it, we cancel and refund in full.
Payment is taken by card through our payment provider. TripAll never sees or stores your card number.
You pay the price shown. TripAll's income is a commission agreed separately with each partner and taken from what we pass on to them; it is not added to your total.
Every listing carries the partner's cancellation policy, and it is shown to you before you pay rather than after. That policy decides what a cancellation costs.
A refund goes back to the card that paid, and it can only go back to that card. Where a partner cancels, or cannot provide what was booked, you are refunded in full whatever their policy says.
Only a traveller who completed a stay or a tour can review it, because a review that anybody can leave says nothing about the property.
Write what you experienced. We remove content that is unlawful, that identifies other guests or staff, or that is posted to damage a competitor — and we do not remove a review because a partner dislikes it.
A partner listing tours must hold the permit that Azerbaijani law requires for tour operators, and must keep their listings, prices and availability accurate.
A partner who does not may have listings hidden or an account suspended, and remains liable for bookings already confirmed.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and a dispute we cannot settle between us belongs to the courts of Baku.
Tell us first. Most of what reaches a court could have been fixed by an email to the address below.
